Small turboprop engines with a power rating below 1500 kW are widely used in the general aviation sector and extensively equipped in various types of integrated reconnaissance and strike unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). They have become a popular type of aircraft engine in recent years, finding broad applications in both commercial and military aviation, providing strong power and excellent performance for aircraft.

During operation, turboprop engines generate vibrations, including those from rotating components, airflow, and pulsations during the combustion process. If these vibrations transmit to the aircraft structure, they can lead to structural fatigue and damage, as well as discomfort for passengers and crew members.

To mitigate the transmission of these vibrations, aircraft typically employ a single-plane vibration isolation system in the installation of small turboprop engines. The single-plane isolation system utilizes elastic elements and damping materials to absorb and reduce the transmission of vibrations. These single-plane isolation systems effectively reduce the impact of engine vibrations on the aircraft structure and comfort.

We possess independent development capabilities for domestically produced high-temperature vibration-reducing rubber materials and nonlinear elastic products, as well as extensive experience in the forward design and development of isolation systems. We have successfully implemented vibration isolation systems on multiple models of UAVs. In the design and configuration of single-plane isolation systems, we tailor the system to meet specific vibration control requirements based on the aircraft and engine models. In the installation of small turboprop engines, the single-plane isolation system is often considered a necessary component to ensure aircraft safety and comfort.
