ZT Technology Co., Ltd. has successfully developed an ultra-low-temperature-resistant silicone oil, which has a much lower viscosity change rate than conventional silicone oils under the extreme low-temperature environment of -60℃, and has been successfully applied to viscous damper products. This vibration dampers by the outer ring of hollow rubber ring, inner ring of metal bushings and the internal filling of the silicone oil composition, has a simple structure, vibration damping effect of the advantages of significant, especially for helicopter transmission shaft system of elastic support. In extreme working conditions such as polar cold, the traditional viscous damper due to the low temperature environment leads to stiffness soaring, functional failure, loss of vibration damping ability, it is difficult to meet the vibration damping needs of engineering design. The ultra-low-temperature resistant silicone oil developed by our company can keep the modulus basically the same in the wide temperature range of -80℃-100℃, which can effectively improve the damping performance of the damper and ensure that it can play a stable role in the low-temperature harsh environment. This innovative achievement not only meets the demand for use in high-cold polar conditions, but also provides a new solution for engineering applications in related fields.
